交通部又有新动作！根据本地媒体报道，交通部长陆兆福今日在国会提呈了修正法案，以让该部门针对汽车车窗隔热膜（ Tinted Film ）制定新条例：凡是申请要求安装超出合法透光度的隔热膜的车主，除了需要获得该部门批准以外，还必须缴付特定的费用！
