根据泰国媒体 Headlightmag 的爆料，中国汽车制造商 Geely 吉利计划在泰国东部的工业区投资100 亿泰铢（约 RM 13.25 亿）建厂，将泰国打造成他们在东盟市场的电动车生产基地，也就是说未来他们的电动车生产工作，应该是没有大马的份了。
