早前 Proton 就邀请我们去参观他们旗下的服务中心，而他们也承诺将多管齐下改善售后服务的效率及质量，包括他们会确保服务中心有最少 3 个月零件库存，并且中心内也和设有更多的维修工位，用以提高服务的效率，并且他们有透露如果旗下的服务中心接获投诉，将会被罚高达 RM1,000。
