2015年 Honda 首次将 VTEC Turbo 1.5 使用在热门车款 Civic 上，因此引爆了一场 VTEC Turbo 风潮，很快的四年过去了，这一具引擎居然已经迈入了第二代，在第二代的 VTEC Turbo 1.5 上马力表现不只更好，同时还将 VTEC 加入了，所以它不再是双 VTC 的设计！
