在2020年 BMW 4 Series 正式登场时，其中最受争议的就是那个超大的“大鼻子”水箱护罩设计，而随后的宝马新车也都开始导入此风格，成为了其品牌最新的家族设计理念。不过其实这样的设计早在1990年就开始酝酿，而它们的始祖就是 BMW ZBF-7er ！
