交通部长：外国车未还清 Summon ，一律不准离境！
自早前实施 AES 记分制度以后，交通部长陆兆福又有新宣布！日前交长就透露，他了解到许多来自邻国的车辆在我国触法以后，完全不当一回事就直接出境，因此交通部计划在今年内，分阶段落实外国车辆入境准证（VEP）系统。一旦落实这项系统，届时所有尚未缴清 Summon 欠款的外国车辆将一律不获准离境！
