眼看农历新年即将到来，许多人都纷纷准备回乡过年，而日前 Polis Diraja Malaysia 就正式宣布将在农历新年期间（1月18日至2月1日），在全国展开为期15天的“安全行动16”，目的是要避免车祸发生，保障人民的安全，而其中开车使用手机也将会收到罚单，而且罚款最重！
