有介于太多贷学金的借贷者欠钱不还，国家高等教育基金局（ PTPTN ）目前正考虑重新将拖欠贷学金的人士列入黑名单禁止出国之余，还会增加对付长期拖欠贷款人士的措施，当中就包括禁止更新 Driving License 驾驶执照及护照，以减轻该局因为借贷者拖欠贷款累计而成的400亿令吉债务！
