世界上很多的规定都是从欧盟开始，而最近欧盟又开始了全新的规定：新车必须配备 ISA 智慧限速系统，这套系统配合了车子的ECU还有 GPS 等等联动工作，系统会在你超速的时候提醒你，甚至在一些情况下会自动降低你的车子速度！
