交通部长陆兆福今日召开记者会做出数项宣布，其中一项就是之前提到的该部门正在研究 Cash-for-clunkers Programme （旧车换现金计划），交长表示在听取了民间的回应后，当局决定无限期展延研究这项计划的可能性，原因正是从人民的反应看来，已经没有研究的必要！
