自从希望联盟接过政权以后，有谣言就指新任政府或将废除汽车入口准证（AP）制度，对此马来人汽车贸易及进口商协会（PEKEMA）主席 Datuk Zainuddin Abd Rahman 昨日就跳出来表示，AP 制度能够维持汽车市场的“竞争力”，而且也是我国宪法赋予马来人与土著的特权，因此不应该被废除！
