一直以来在中国国际品牌都饱受抄袭或者是侵权的困扰，即使打官司也不会有胜算，最好的例子就是New Balance还有Iphone，不过近日 BMW 在侵权官司上踏出了胜利的第一步了！上海知识产权法院就宣判BMW对德马集团控股有限公司的告诉胜诉！这可是有史以来第一次！
